Integrated Notes: A Central Knowledge Base for Your Career

Great ideas and important details often come to you when you’re not actively writing a resume. Whether it’s a list of talking points for an interview, a set of project details you want to remember, or research on a specific company, you need a reliable place to store that information.
Our Notes feature offers a clean, distraction-free environment—similar to Notion—designed to help you capture, organise, and eventually deploy your thoughts across your entire job search.
A Familiar, Intuitive Writing Experience
We’ve prioritised simplicity and focus. The interface provides a modern canvas where you can draft everything from rough ideas to structured plans.
Clean Organisation: Use the sidebar to quickly toggle between all your notes or access your most important ideas via the Pinned filter.
Instant Search: Never lose a thought again. Use the search bar to find specific keywords across your entire library of notes in seconds.
Flexible Drafting: Start fresh with a new idea at the click of a button, creating a centralized workspace that grows with your career.

Connect Your Thoughts to Your Documents
What makes our Notes feature truly powerful is that it doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It is fully integrated with the rest of the ecosystem.
You can import your notes into other parts of the application, such as the Document Builder. This means you can take your rough notes about a past project and instantly bring them into the builder to refine them into a professional experience block or cover letter paragraph. It bridges the gap between a brainstorm and a finished application.

Stay Organised, Stay Prepared
Successful candidates are usually the ones who are best prepared. Use the Notes feature to:
Draft Interview Answers: Prepare for common questions and have your answers ready to review.
Track Company Research: Keep a running list of company values and mission statements to tailor your applications.
Save "Success Stories": Document your professional wins as they happen so you have a library of achievements to draw from when updating your resume.
Start Building Your Knowledge Base
Stop jumping between different apps and browser tabs. Keep your research and your writing in one place, and use your notes to power up your documents and job tracking.
