Search, Pin, and Group Important Notes
The notes workspace supports full search, pinned notes, and smart time groupings, including pinned, today, yesterday, previous days, and older notes. That structure makes it easier to find important preparation material without digging through a flat list of everything you have ever written.
Pinning is particularly useful for notes you return to repeatedly, such as a master list of STAR stories, a company research template, or talking points for an upcoming negotiation. Those notes stay at the top rather than drifting down as you add new ones.
Write With Autosave, Shortcuts, and Reading Stats
Notes support creating, editing, deleting, autosave behaviour, manual save shortcuts, and unsaved-change protection. The editor also shows reading stats such as estimated reading time, character count, and characters without spaces, which is useful when notes become longer preparation documents rather than short reminders.
