Lyrra is designed to empower individual job seekers. To keep our pricing simple and our limits permissive, we manage our AI and infrastructure resources through this Fair Use Policy (FUP). This policy prevents resource abuse while ensuring you can focus on landing your dream job without worrying about small usage limits.

1. What do we mean by "Unlimited"?

Our Basic (7 Days) and Full (Monthly) plans offer unlimited document creation, unlimited notes, unlimited job tracking entries, and AI-powered document analysis. This "unlimited" access is intended for personal career growth of a single user. It is not intended for commercial service providers, bulk CV generation for third parties, or shared corporate usage.

2. AI Usage & Resource Management

Lyrra utilises advanced AI models that have high operational costs. We distinguish between two types of AI features:

  • Document AI: Analysis and generation of resumes and cover letters. These are "unlimited" for personal human use. To ensure system stability and prevent automated abuse, this is subject to a soft limit of 50 operations per rolling 24-hour period.
  • Simulation AI: AI-powered interviews and salary negotiations. These are compute-intensive and are governed by a Credit System (e.g. 4 credits for Sprint/Basic, 10 for Pro). Once spent, additional sessions require credit top-ups or plan renewals.

You are encouraged to use your own professional judgment in real-world scenarios, and Lyrra is not responsible for the outcomes of your actual negotiations or job applications.

Anti-Bot & Automation

Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interface with our AI services is strictly prohibited. We monitor for inhuman usage patterns to ensure stability for all job seekers.

3. Prohibited Behavior

Account Sharing

Pooling a single subscription across multiple people outside of your household/account owner is a violation of our policy.

Commercial Reselling

Using Lyrra's AI to provide resume writing services for others as a paid agency without a specific business agreement is prohibited.

4. Storage and Data Management

Lyrra provides storage for your career portfolio (images, signatures, notes).

  • Paid Plans (Basic & Full): We offer unlimited storage for your personal resumes, cover letters, and professional assets while your subscription is active.
  • Free Plan: Usage is governed by the standard document and entry limits associated with the free tier.
  • Abuse: Using Lyrra as a general-purpose image hosting or file storage service is not allowed. We reserve the right to review accounts that store large volumes of data unrelated to job applications or career development.

5. Handling Usage Spikes

If we detect usage patterns that consistently place unusual pressure on our AI systems (e.g. hundreds of resume generations every day for multiple weeks), we take a collaborative approach:

Our Process: We will first reach out to you to understand your needs. Occasional high-intensity spikes during a job hunt are normal and expected. However, if the high usage is continuous and suggests a commercial or automated operation, we may discuss transitioning you to a custom plan.

If we cannot reach an agreement, Lyrra reserves the right to throttle or suspend usage that threatens the stability of the platform for other members of the community.
